Technical & infrastructure points

Flow: Yooz --> X3

1. Exporting to Sage X3 fails with a 504 Gateway Time-out or ETIMEDOUT error, why?

This is a network infrastructure issue: the Yooz application cannot reach the Sage X3 server. The client's IT team must verify their network settings, for example ensuring that the firewall allows inbound traffic on the HTTPS port (443), that the SSL certificate is valid (self-signed certificates are rejected), etc.

2. What does the error "getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND" mean?

The Yooz service cannot locate the Sage X3 server because the configured URL is local (e.g., .lan, .local) or the IP address cannot be resolved. Sage X3 must absolutely be exposed via a public domain name accessible from the Internet.

3. How to fix the message "Unauthorized access to pool 'YOOZ'" or "User has no role"?

This error is related to the permissions of the X3 user (e.g., YOOZ1). The user utilized by the Web Service must imperatively be linked to a security profile that has the correct application permissions and license badges to use the API (KB: https://fr-kb.sage.com/portal/app/portlets/results/viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=220524085609313&page=1&position=2&q=Access%20denied%20Web%20service).

Flow: X3 --> Yooz

1. Why am I getting a 403 “Not allowed” or “INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION” error in pre-production/production?

This authorization error usually indicates that the partner user in Yooz has not been authorized for “Import Purchases” or that the partner account or API credentials are incorrect.
